 We
all would like for our pets to live a long
and healthy life with us. No matter how long
they are with us it is still never enough
time. Our pets really should be living
between 20 to 27 years and they are not. One
of the reasons is due to poor diet and the
other, in my humble opinion, is over
vaccination. Think of the old farm dogs that
ate table scraps and never had a vaccination
in their life. Most of them lived to a very
old age.
As with anything in life, education is the
key to assisting our pets a long and healthy
life. The unfortunate events of the pet food
recall were a wake up call for most of us.
Now more than ever it is time for us to
understand what it is that our animals
really need to thrive while living with us.
Since changing my own dogs’ diet to a much
healthier one they are much more healthy and
happy.
During a consultation we will go over what
you are currently feeding and see where
there might be room for improvement. We will
cover current health issues to also see what
supplements or homeopathic remedies might
benefit your pet. I am not a vet and I have
no medical degrees, but I have been using
natural holistic remedies, supplements and
providing nutritional foods for my own dogs
for over 5 years. I can only suggest to you
what I would do if it were my pet and they
had the same health problem as your pet.
